County Council Partnership Proposal
Hoop Force is building a premium, year‑round youth basketball facility concept designed to be deployed across multiple counties. We are seeking County Council support to accelerate delivery, improve accessibility, and maximise community outcomes.
Community outcomes
- Youth development pathway for U14–U18 athletes (structured coaching, accountability, discipline) once delivered.
- Health and wellbeing: consistent physical activity in a safe indoor environment.
- Positive community engagement through events, tournaments and family participation.
- Potential for inclusion initiatives and targeted access (scholarships / subsidised places).
What we are requesting
Support can be structured in several ways (depending on programme and eligibility):
- CapEx co‑funding for safety‑critical fit‑out and accessibility improvements.
- Grant support for equipment, youth participation, or coach development.
- A partnership framework for community access hours and reporting.
Delivery approach
The academy is designed to launch in phases: secure a suitable facility lease, complete safety and fit‑out works, install the premium court surface, and roll out programmes with a controlled capacity model.
